The CIVIL Executive Series™

Ongoing cohort intensives that strengthen institutional capability from the inside, grounded in The CIVIL Framework™, so leadership teams can sustain the systems long after the engagement ends.

The CIVIL Executive Series™

No institution gets stronger alone.

The CIVIL Executive Series™ is not a webinar track or a leadership curriculum. It is a structured, hands-on rebuild of how an institution actually operates, worked through by a cohort of peer organizations and grounded in The CIVIL Framework™, the same methodology Civil applies in its consulting practice.

Each intensive pairs a structured diagnostic with an executive working session, and leaves every organization with a 90-day action plan it can put to work immediately. Foundation-sponsored and free to grantees, intensives can be taken on their own or as the full series.

Cohorts form city by city.

A cohort is four local nonprofits in one city, moving through all three intensives together over 36 weeks. New cohorts open on a rolling basis, choose your city to register interest, and Civil will confirm dates and available seats as it fills. Sponsorship and participation are arranged directly with Civil, with pricing and structure tailored to each foundation and organization in conversation.
